Peel Region’s Community Recycling Centres (CRC) operate throughout the entire year. The operating hours are listed below.

The region's network of Community Recycling Centres (CRCs) offer Peel residents and small businesses an opportunity to dispose of hazardous waste, recyclable materials and reusable goods, in an efficient and environmentally sound manner.

RECYCLABLES

* cardboard
* drywall
* empty aerosol and paint cans (no lids)
* large metal appliances and fixtures
* recycling box items (plastic tubs/bottles,metal cans, paper, etc.)
* scrap metal - maximum 2.4m (8 ft) in length
* scrap wood - maximum 1.2m (4 ft) in length)
* shingles
* tires (passenger car and light truck)
* yard waste

* Bagged compost
* Bulk compost
* Bulk finished compost

Peel's Community Recycling Centres DO NOT ACCEPT

* asbestos
* hazardous waste from businesses
* institutional, commercial or industrial hazardous waste
